Richard Armitage Confession

With apologies to Tumblr. Okay, look, if you're new you need to know that part of my schtick is that I am NOT twitterpated about Richard Armitage. I like the guy, sure, and even my Jimmy Stewart hallucination thinks he's a looker but I'm just not a goner for him. There are too many other interesting or infuriating things in the world for me to confine my blog to discussions of his...uh, assets, fine as they are. There are other blogs that focus on him with far more finesse than I ever could. So, fan? Yes. Twitterpated? No. Glad we've cleared that up.

Oh, speaking of clearing things up, my Netflix history seems to have gotten jammed up. Somehow "North & South," "Robin Hood," "Vicar of Dibley," and "Captain America" have all made it to my Recently Watched list in a lump like that and I'm not sure how that happened. If anyone has any ideas how to unstick it please let me know. Uh, yeah.

  1. Amen to that! Love the guy, but I don't think I can (or want to) bother with fangirling over him anymore. It's just a bit too much.

(Aside from the Netflix thing, I haven't a clue - sorry!)

    1. Giggles! And this from a lady who inspired and created The RA Daily, Dear Traxy? Ha!

That's okay. I'll wave my Richard Armitage fangirl banner enough for all three of us. Ha!

  2. Don't get me wrong, I love to watch fangirling and I have been known to squee with the best of them. Those occasions are rare for me, though, and I'm certainly not reverent when it does happen. I may or may not have called him a slacker in the Birthday book Callie generously assembled when he turned 40. So, yeah, I do it but not normally on-blog.

One more thing: however you fangirl is fine. Really. There are shitheads everywhere in the world who'll judge you for what you think or write or say and you know what? They're your words, they're your thoughts and if anyone who is not you disapproves then fuck them.

  3. You may not be twitterpated but Netflix thinks otherwise. No answer to your question but I think that is *hilariously* funny.
